Por segundo año consecutivo Quiksilver ofrece una oportunidad única de participar en una de las pruebas más reconocidas dentro del skate a nivel mundial.
El próximo mes de Abril se va a celebrar en el nuevo Skatepark de Leioa (Bilbao) una de las etapas clasificatorias del campeonato del mundo de skate Quiksilver Bowlriders 2007 cuya final se celebrará del 7 al 10 de Junio en Malmo, Suecia. 
La jornada del 21 de Abril contará con al presencia de los skaters más reconocidos a nivel mundial Javi Mendizábal, Micky Iglesias, Daniel Cardone…. Serán algunos de los allí presentes. Además de la competición Quiksilver traerá uno de sus conciertos Quik Sessions que sonará en directo durante la final del campeonato. Trece países desarrollarán durante los próximos meses series clasificatorias del Bowlriders, los trece ganadores nacionales viajarán invitados por Quiksilver a la prestigiosa final en Malmo compitiendo con la elite mundial del skate. Estas series clasificatorias se van a celebrar en España (Leioa), Grecia (Atenas), Italia (Milán), Bélgica (Kortnik), Francia (Marsella), Portugal (Lisboa), República Checa (Praga), Inglaterra (Londres), EEUU (Seattle), Alemania (Hagen, Austria (Hard), Suiza (Lausanne) y Suecia (Malmo). En España la cita será el Sábado 21 de Abril en el skate park de Leioa (Bilbao):
