Esta temporada está siendo una de las más desastrosas en cuanto a precipitaciones a principios de temporada ,pero eso no ha sido impedimento para que una de las pruebas que año tras año va cogiendo más solera se pudiera realizar.

Pajares, la estación asturiana que ha acogido las anteriores ediciones de este evento, no podía garantizar la cantidad de nieve para que esta prueba se pudiera realizar. ¿Que se puede hacer? Si se trata de buscar soluciones a problemas complicados llama a Snowpark Division, profesionales en arreglar la papeleta a cualquiera. 
Módulos de todo tipo, el bidón, con mucho juego.
Si tenemos que definir en una palabra esta prueba sería “original”, ya que los módulos eran lo mejor. Un bidón de gasolina como si fuera un wallride, unas barcas de pescar, sí sí, barcas de pescar para “riparlas” en plano bajada, unos bidones y unas vallas para saltarlas por encima y un módulo muy curioso bautizado como balancín el cual se vencía al llegar al final. Pues todo esto el equipo de Snowpark Division lo montó en dos horas en una pista operativa de La Molina lo cual quería decir que al final de la sesión la pista volvería a ser eso una pista. Módulos, riders, música y acción, a eso de las siete los riders invitados inauguraron el circuito dando muestras de su buen hacer: Truji se marcó sus buenos nose grabs por encima del bidón azul, Monkey con sus liptricks en las barcas, Sergio Arjona y Fidel con buenos bs disasters, Teko siempre con el espectáculo de repente decidió quitarse la chupa y en manga corta animó al público que le correspondió con unas risas y unos aplausos…Carles Torné y Carles Manic aportaron la “youngblood” de la noche. La ovación de la noche se la llevó Alex Martín con un front slip por encima del bidón que sorprendió a toda la banda, aupa Alex!!

Llegó el turno de los amateurs donde el riesgo de la profesión de fotógrafo nunca tuvo tanto sentido, Fabita sufrió las consecuencias de esta profesión tan arriesgada y fue embestido por una amateur espontánea que le dejó un regalo sorpresa en el muslo y sin su preciado flash. Otros fotógrafos tuvieron más suerte y ni Jesús ni Perico dieron parte médico ni se quejaron como Fabita acostumbra a hacer habitualmente. Los amateurs, por llamarlos de algún modo ya que sus ganas y su riding fue de lo mejor de la noche, demostraron que el snowboard goza de muy buena salud y que las nuevas generaciones vienen pegando fuerte. Hubo muchos inscritos y unas ganas terribles de “ripar” y demostrar el snowboard que todos llevaban dentro, no hubieron incidentes que resaltar al margen de las típicas contusiones y moratones que el snowboard siempre recuerda.
